Lead MIRAAYA’s end-to-end supply chain operations across e-commerce, retail, and B2B channels. Responsible for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory optimization, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. Ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and premium customer experience through data-driven planning, system automation, and vendor collaboration.


 

1.       

Develop rolling demand forecasts in coordination with Brand, Retail, and Marketing teams.

2.       

Plan procurement and replenishment cycles based on sales projections and promotional campaigns.

3.       

Optimize stock levels across regional warehouses and retail outlets to avoid stockouts or overstock.

4.       

Negotiate terms and lead times with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing.

5.       

Manage product lifecycle: monitor aging, shelf life, and batch control for beauty & skincare SKUs.

6.       

Align supply chain readiness with e-commerce flash sales, influencer campaigns, and retail peaks.

 

Source, evaluate, and manage local and international vendors to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Implement vendor performance scorecards and regular audits.

Collaborate with Finance and Legal for contract management, payment schedules, and compliance with import/export laws.

Ensure customs clearance processes align with beauty and cosmetics regulatory standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain/logistics; experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail e-commerce preferred.
  • Proven record of managing end-to-end supply chain across multi-country operations.

Strong ERP and Excel modeling skills; experience with automation dashboards preferred

ERP proficiency.

Advanced Excel (pivot, lookups, forecasting models).

Understanding of import/export documentation and customs clearance.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.

Data analysis and dashboard reporting (Power BI, Metabase, or Looker Studio).
