Agriculture and agribusiness expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training on agriculture, agribusiness, water management, and climate adaptation.

• Build capacity of farmers and SMEs, especially women and youth.

• Provide technical guidance on sustainable farming and water use.

• Collaborate with field teams to implement and monitor project activities.

• Develop training materials and document best practices.

• Engage local communities and stakeholders for project success.

• Support reporting and lessons learned documentation.

• Travel regularly within project areas.

• Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Climate Change, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training on agriculture, agribusiness practices, water management, and climate change.

• Proven track record of implementing projects related to agricultural skills development, entrepreneurship, and water management.

• Experience managing or contributing to at least three relevant projects is required.
